Improved performance

As a result of an optimization of the main components, a new 550 mm wide   hammer mill, the new dust seperator, the powertrain and the pipe routing, again we were able to improve the performance significantly to it’s predecessor.

Low operating costs

A saving of up to 10 % compared with its predecessor, relative per ton of produced feed, is achieved by a correction of bottlenecks and improved cross-section throughout the piping, thus optimising the airflow from the rotary piston blower. The long service life of parts and the already low fuel consumption cares for low operation cost!

A large plus in safety

The new plant control has a large color display which informs the operator about the plant status and its current workload. Thus the operator is enabled to use optimum utilisation, without the risk of overloading. The software is multilingual which ensures that operators abroad, e.g. in Russia, have the same understanding of the plant as elsewhere, which contributes, too, to operational safety.

The graphical representation of the machinery and the intuitive operation ensure a better understanding of the plant, contributing considerably to safe operation.

Designed for your success

The TOURMIX 02-SD excels:

  • Optimum performance combined with easy handling
  • User-friendly residue emptying of the complete plant
  • Minimum maintenance cost through few wear parts
  • Coarse meal, rolled goods and additional feed components are directly (without any augers) sucked into the mixer. Afterwards the mixer is emptied pneumatically.
  • By means of the innovative rotational sucker, feed residue is automatically removed from the mixer bottom. At the same time, pressure inside the mixer is gradually relieved. Dabei wird gleichzeitig der Überdruck im Mischer allmählich abgebaut.

Suction pressure mixer

The capacity of the weighing mixer is 10.800 litres, enabling a filling with heavy bruised grain of up to 7 tons. The solid stainless steel container is designed according to pressure machinery guideline 97/23EG and certificated by the German TÜV inspection authority.

The continuous flow of ground or rolled goods directly into the mixing auger and the innovative distribution head above the mixing auger assure a homogenous mixture for a complete mixer filling.

Dust seperator

The integrated compact dust separator supports a high suction performance.

Conveying pipes

Short distances and fully-opening ball valves assure low resistance and a high conveying performance.

The pneumatic emptying works without any problems due to the electronic load control. The discharge performance is up to 60 t/h.

The suction and pressure pipes are arranged on the left-hand side of the vehicle. The operating position and the hose stowage on the right-hand side remain unobstructed.

Operation and maintenance

All operating controls are arranged in a logical and ergonomical way and are, therefore, easy to use. All components of the machinery are easily accessible for maintenance.

If ONE isn’t enough

What´s the plan today – your customer demands a a 12 t large mixture, to different feed mixtures, or a 500 kg special mixture?

Everything is possible with the new TOURMIX DUO.

Because it is equipped with two mixing containers, two weighers, two filter units, and a large hybrid blower with a variable drive. two completely different mixtures can be simultaneously produced and discharged.

The TOURMIX Control stands for a notable advance regarding mobile milling and mixing plants: You only state what the plant should do, and the computer calls up the necessary instructions.

Combination mode

Both mixers are simultaneously and evenly loaded by a weight-operated oscillating flap, then the large mixing is discharged at one go. Two discharge lines provide double discharging performance.

Parallel mode

Processing of two different feed mixtures, with only once driving to and loading from the respective feed component storage. Simultaneous discharging of both mixtures to two feed silos.

Supply mode

Loading one mixer with a feed component or a pre-mixing, then processing the complete mixture inside the second mixer with simultaneous weight-controlled loading via shuttle valve from the supply mixer. Perfect solution for places where feed components to be mixed are beyond the range of the suction lines.
