Saving Energy by Electronic Load Control
Rotary valves and intake devices

EMD 80 TR
For the extraction of materials out of a flexible silo
Electronic load control enables the most energy-efficient use of the mill. During operations the load control monitors continually the current consumption of the mill drive. According to the level of current consumption, the control operates a special rotary valve which is mounted at the intake device.
The rotary valve opens/closes the suction line, thereby providing the optimum operating efficiency of the mill.

EMD 80 S
For the extraction of grain out of silos with a hopper substruction

EMD 80 TB
Buffering container for the extraction of grain out of a silo by a tubular screw conveyor
Exactly as much grain is conveyed to the mill as it can process at optimum efficiency. Current peaks and overload condition are prevented. Apart from a significant energy saving, the durability of the machinery is also increased. Economical operation, for the benefit of our customers, is a prime consideration in the design of Buschhoff products.
